Read the patient information leaflet before you use.Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, is one of several ED pills that’s considered a PDE5 inhibitor. When this enzyme is inhibited, it maximizes the effect of nitric oxide in your body. (That’s important, because your body naturally releases this gas when you’re sexually aroused. So it’s key to the process of getting and maintaining an erection.)
With more nitric oxide in play, the muscles around your penis can relax. In turn, blood flow to your penis improves. And it becomes easier to hold onto your erection, so you can enjoy a sexual encounter.
Sildenafil also works quickly. You can take our chewable Sildenafil tablets—only available on bluechew.com—about one hour before sex. Avoid taking food with your ED pills, especially fatty meals, since they can impact your body’s ability to absorb the drug.
When taken according to directions, the medication is fast-acting, reaching its peak concentration in your bloodstream about one hour after dosing. Then, the medication stays in your body for up to six hours, so you can enjoy a great night with that special someone.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is usually caused by something more than something you’re taking medication for. Depending on your medical condition, your doctor may need to treat your ED with another ED medication, such as Viagra, Cialis, or Levitra. Or, you may need to do certain lifestyle changes, like getting enough exercise, smoking, and dieting.
Depending on how common erectile dysfunction is, they may be treating other conditions that usually improve with time. Examples include benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), male pattern baldness, and high blood pressure.
These medications can help treat ED, too. In other words, try to treat ED with something easier to use. And remember, never take a double dose of one of these medications with another ED medication. Just take the medication as directed and ask your doctor to evaluate that treatment needs.
If you’re treating ED with an ED medication that enhances sexual function, such as Viagra or Cialis, then you may want to consider alternatives to ED medication. Examples include Levitra and Cialis.
